On-site or remote DataLoad consultancy can be provided to help you with any DataLoad related issues. This could be used to assist you in completing or tuning a load you have already part built or to use our services to write, test and tune the loads for you. Since we wrote DataLoad and use it daily we are best placed to help you make the best use of the product. The consultancy work is undertaken by the same people who develop or support DataLoad. No-one knows DataLoad better since they literally understand DataLoad from the "inside out".
We can provide consultancy services in most locations worldwide and where possible the price includes our expenses. However, in certain situations our expenses will be chargeable. Each assignment is judged on its own requirements to decide if expenses will be chargeable but where international travel is involved these costs will certainly be charged in addition to the normal price.
